Frequently asked questions
Get clear answers about maintenance mode, private previews, email signups and safe WordPress updates.
Access and scheduling
WordPress 6.2+ and PHP 7.4+ are required; Elementor is optional. Administrators and approved temporary links can bypass maintenance. Check the visitor experience while logged out and verify your site time zone.
Email, privacy and downloads
Opening an email does not confirm a signup: the person must click the confirmation button. WordPress privacy tools support export and erasure. Rollback restores files only. The 100,000-delivery milestone never triggers an automatic charge.
